Hewn uses organic flour and grains. Customers can reserve bread and other items by calling 847-869-HEWN. Any retail customer wishing to purchase more than 10 loaves at a time must order 48 hours in advance.

Our Christmas Eve and New Years Eve order forms are now available online.  The deadline for Christmas Eve orders is 5pm Thursday, December 20th. New Years Eve orders are due 5pm Thursday, December 27th. Beginning Friday, November 30th, customers can bring their completed order forms to the store or email them to hewnorders@gmail.com.  No orders will be taken over the phone.

Hewn will close early if we sell out of breads and pastries. Customers can reserve bread and/or pastry items by calling ahead at 847-869-4396. All reserved bread must be picked up by noon on Saturdays and Sundays. We cannot accept reservations left on our answering machine.
