Located on Chicago’s North Shore, Hewn is a rustic bakery that specializes in made-from-scratch breads, pastries and sandwiches. Our artisan breads and baked goods are naturally leavened and baked at our Evanston location. A full selection of items are available in Evanston, and a curated selection of items are available at our Outposts in Libertyville and Winnetka.
