Located on Chicago’s North Shore, Hewn is a rustic bakery that specializes in made-from-scratch breads, pastries and sandwiches. Our artisan breads and baked goods are naturally leavened and baked at our Evanston location. A full selection of items are available in Evanston, and a curated selection of items are available at our new Libertyville Outpost.

Evanston Hours: Wednesday-Friday, 7am-5pm; Saturday & Sunday, 7am-3pm; Beginning May 2nd, we will be open TUESDAY through Sunday in Evanston.
Libertyville Hours: Wednesday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm; Saturday & Sunday, 7:30am-1pm
CLOSED Monday and Tuesday.
